Heat-shrinkable tube cutting machine

The heat-shrinkable tube cutting machine SSM800 has a cut width of 800 mm, a log capacity of 60 mm and is suitable to the cutting of heat-shrinkable tubes to 500 mm of diameters and maximally 4mm wall-thickness. The material is cut by means of chisel edge. The line speed is 20-25m per minute. The SSM800 is controlled by a S7 control of the Siemens company.
The cutting machine is used as a succession unit in an expansion line. The control/alignment between cutting machine and expansion line occurs by means of sag control DHS1000D/800.
