rotary cutting machine SMM40

Our rotary cutting machine is designed to cut materials like plastic tubes and canals, hoses and similar materials in a high quantity. The rotary cutting machine SMM40 is operating in continuous mode or in start-stop mode, depending on length and number of pieces of the cutting material. The transport speed of the belt driven feeder is individual adjustable up to 80 m/min.

As a special feature of the SMM40 you can choose between two different cutting variants. The retrofitting of the two cutting variants is done very simple in few minutes.

Cutting variant 1: cut with a static blade
Cutting variant 2: cut with a rotating circular blade (continuously variable in rotational speed)

 Depending on construction of the cutting material the feeding nozzles are built as molded nozzles. After the cut, the material is blown out of the feeding nozzle by air power. With the SMM40 you are able to cut materials with a diameter up to 30mm. All built in drives are servo motors with a Siemens S7 Siematic control.
