SAR 600

The coil unwinder SAR600 has been designed as a strain free cable feeder. The bigger unwinders are the SAR800/1000/1250. The spool is driven by two rollers on the outside diameter of the spool flange. The main driver is a frequency controlled three-phases-motor. The coil unwinder is regulated by the sag control DHS1000 or alternatively with dancer arm.

The system guaranteed that the product is feed to the processing machine without any pull in the opposite direction. The concept eliminates the undesirable stretching of the isolation of cables.
