The
coil unwinder SAR has been designed as a strain free cable feeder.
The coil is driven by four synchronized drive rollers on the outside
diameter of the coil flange.

The
unwinder is controlled by and regulated by sag control DHS1000
or by dancer arm.
The
system guarantees that the product is feed to the processing
machine without any pull in the opposite direction.

This
concept eliminates the undesirable stretching of the insulation and
coating of cables. The SAR has two centering cones, which allows
processing of coils with damaged flanges.
